At Dr. Watson | Pelvic & Obstetric Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our digital exercise programs. Because these are instant-access, downloadable products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase.

Digital Products – All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered. This includes:

  • Video-based exercise packages

  • Downloadable PDFs or guides

  • Any bundled or bonus content

Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, we cannot revoke access, which is why all sales are non-refundable.

Exceptions & Support

We are committed to making sure you have a great experience. If you encounter:

  • Technical difficulties accessing your materials

  • Accidental duplicate purchases

  • A billing issue or incorrect charge

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
